1944 - One can picture a very tired General coming up to this room after a full day of decision-making with the future of our country in the balance. This room also comes with its own private 1940's bath. If you would enjoy Eisenhower's presence in the evening, I am sure he would love to share a few moments with you and your family in the Lincoln Library. Maybe you would rather enjoy a breakfast in the Great Room with the General and talk about the future of our country. Or, maybe you and your family would just enjoy a quiet conversation with Eisenhower in the flower garden by the fishpond or spend a quiet evening alone watching the fish play in the water.
